LINE THERAPIST:
Line therapists are trained in how to use interventions based on Applied Behavior Analysis to treat children with Autism Spectrum Disorders and related conditions. Therapists will implement programs in a one-on-one setting in the client’s home. In addition, therapists are required to collect and graph session data, communicate with senior staff and BCBA, and effectively communicate with parents. Ideal candidates have experience working in the field or working with children ages 2 – 18 years old. All candidates must have car and be willing to
drive to clients’ homes.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Drivers license
- Must pass background check
SENIOR THERAPIST:
Senior therapists have previous experience using ABA in a home setting. This includes the ability to implement programs, graph data, and communicate with other staff members. In addition, senior therapists are required to complete administrative duties related to the in-home program.
Ideal candidates are pursuing a Master’s degree in ABA and have at least 2 years’ experience as a line therapist.

- Must pass background check
BEHAVIORAL CONSULTANT:
Behavioral consultants are required to:
- Complete behavioral assessments and treatment plans for clients
- Conduct weekly team meetings to assess client progress and therapists’ performance
- Analyze client data to evaluate and if necessary make program changes
- Train therapists in behavioral techniques
- Train parents to carryout therapeutic techniques in the home and community
- Communicate and coordinate with other service providers
- Administrative duties as needed
Requirements
- Master’s Degree
- Actively board certified with BACB
- Must pass background check
