Mental Health Services

HOH LLC is now offering outpatient mental health services to help children and adolescents manage symptoms and challenges related to a range of diagnoses. Our licensed clinical professionals are trained to deliver evidence-based interventions and trauma-informed care. We encourage a strengths-based approach to meet your child where they are, maintaining high self-esteem and self-efficacy as they navigate daily challenges at home and at school.

What Is The Process For Outpatient Therapy?

A structured interview will be conducted to better understand your child’s needs. You will be asked to bring any previous assessments, school reports, or therapy documents to ensure your child is given optimal care based on their current challenges and history of care. After the intake appointment with a clinician, a recommendation will be made regarding the effectiveness of outpatient therapy services. Your child will then be assigned a clinician to initiate therapy. Your therapist may want to gather more information during your first session in order to create a treatment plan with you and your child. Your child’s therapy goals will be monitored, modified, and updated regularly to ensure progress.

In certain circumstances, your child may be recommended for further assessment if the clinician feels that clarification is needed to best help your child meet their therapy goals. If it is determined that your child would benefit from alternative therapeutic services, a clinician will provide you with a referral and recommendations to best meet your child’s current needs.
